Product Description
CIS Sensor Assembly, Rank B for Graphtec 42" scanners. Each scanner has 5 CIS sensors which can be replaced individually.
In order to avoid color balance issues, Graphtec ranks the sensors that go into each scanner. All the sensors in a scanner should be the same rank. There is a sticker on the bottom of the scanner that indentifies the rank of the scanner. Early Graphtec scanners did not have a rank.
If scanning black and white then matching the rank is not important. You will not notice a color balance issue if you are scanning black and white.
Note that these sensors are no longer available from the manufacturer. Availability is limited to stock on hand.
