The 25" Focus Pattern is used on Contex, Vidar, GTCO Calcomp and OCE 25" large format scanners to adjust the focus after replacing the camera board. Manufacturer's part number is 6779D215R01.
This part is used on scanner models GA67D, GC67D, GQ67D, GR67D, GY67D and KL67E. You can find the model number on the back of the scanner. Also, the model number is the first 5 characters in the serial number. See below for a list of model names:
